Ugo Colombo and Nadim Ashi’s Fort Partners are collaborating on a Four Seasons-branded tower in Miami’s Coconut Grove, set to replace the former Offices in the Grove building at 2699 South Bayshore Drive. The nine-story building, owned by Colombo’s CMC Group, was acquired in 2020 from Mast Capital. The phased demolition of the 1972 building, designed by Kenneth Treister, is in progress for the new development.
Fort Lauderdale-based Fort Partners, led by Nadim Ashi, owns all South Florida's Four Seasons properties, including The Surf Club and Four Seasons Hotel and Residences in Fort Lauderdale, Brickell, and Palm Beach. In Coconut Grove, Colombo’s CMC Group is developing the Vita at Grove Isle luxury condo, following the completion of Brickell Flatiron in 2019.
Coconut Grove has seen considerable redevelopment, including Terra's Grove at Grand Bay and Park Grove, while Treo Group developed the mixed-use marina, Regatta Harbour, and Bayshore Club across from the former Kaufman Rossin building.
