Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami was designed by Sieger Suarez Architects back in 2017 and is being co-dveloped by Property Markets Group (PMG), Toronto's Greybook Realty Partners, along with S2 Development.
PMG has several years of experience in full-service deveopment in aquisitions, renovations, financing, commercial marketing operations, and residential real estate. Deveopments include 85 residential building in New York, Florida, Chicago and over 150 real estate projects in the USA. PMG developed X Miami a 464 apartment rental tower at 230 NE Fourth Street. It offers rent-by-bedroo apartments.
