L'hermitage in Coconut Grove doesn't quite fit the generally held idea of a condominium, it's more along the lines of a gated, private community located within Miami's oldest neighborhood overlooking Biscayne Bay featuring 75 villas with a Mediterranean design that range from classic to modern. Each of these villas are three stories tall and belong to one of seven “clusters”.
In addition to its around the clock, gated security, L'hermitage also features swimming pools, boat docks and a tennis court. The L'hermitage condos or villas come with two to four bedrooms and an average of 4,053 square feet of living area. You'll find two car garages, elevators in select residences and great views of the water. The bedrooms are mostly located on the third floor of each L'hermitage home.
David Kennedy Park is next door to L'hermitage and also directly overlooks Biscayne Bay. Residents with school-aged children will find Ransom Everglades Middle School right across the street from the community. Coconut Grove is also home to Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and CocoWalk. Alternatively you can visit Downtown Miami or the city of Coral Gables that are both less than fifteen minutes away.
