The project is 30-stories with 300 unit including a 360-car garage on a 0.67-acre property in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Reliant Flagler will be in the Center of Downtown Fort Lauderdale’s. It is two blocks east of the Brightline Main Terminal site and is one block south of a planned Wave Street Car station.
