I am currently renting an 09 line apartment like the example in the video at Wynwood Bay- 2500 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33137 until June 26, 2023.
I am looking for a roommate to rent the master suite which faces south.
It currently has a queen bed and dresser which the roommate may use.
We will split the rent and utilities through the remainder of the lease and by May 26, 2023 decide if we will renew together for another year.
My ideal roommate is a professional who works long hours and wants a quiet place to sleep at a reasonable cost.
